Your Children at KingsGate

Here at KingsGate Community Church, Cambridge every member of your family can enjoy being part of church.

Our desire is to see a generation of children who love God and are equipped to impact their ‘world’, fulfilling their destiny in God. Our team is committed to providing a fun, creative and safe environment where every child can learn about Jesus and experience His love.

We want to help you and your family enjoy every part of the Sunday experience and we provide children’s groups every Sunday at Cambridge service for your children.

Tiny Treasures (0-3 years)

It is our pleasure and privilege to be able to provide a safe, happy and inviting environment for your baby or toddler, and we have a wide range of toys for play and fun. There is always a supervisor on duty with a team of helpers

Sparklers (4-6 years)

We are delighted to welcome your child into Sparklers. Through a variety of fun games and group activities, interactive Bible stories, drama, worship and craft, we encourage each child to learn to develop a relationship with God.

There is always a supervisor on duty with a team of helpers. Refreshments (squash or water and a plain biscuit) are provided.

Powerpack (School Years 2-6)

Powerpack is a dynamic programme for children in School Years 2 to 6 running throughout our services.

It is an opportunity for your children to have lots of fun, and to experience the presence and power of God.

The Powerpack programme has three exciting parts:

- Activity Zones – a wide range of activities are on offer for the children to have fun and make friends
- Mega Mix – large group time, using a variety of formats to teach children about God, including worship, a live worship band once a month, drama, teaching, media clips and prayer.
- Small group time - Mini Mates is designed to build a small group community where children are cared for and encouraged to grow in their journey with God.

During the session the children are offered a snack and a drink.
