Information for Parents

We have an amazing team who are here to serve you and help you and your family make the most of our Sunday Services.

You may find the following information helpful... 

• If you’re visiting for the first time, please visit the Information Desk in the Atrium, where somebody will be happy to direct you to the children’s rooms.
• All children up to, and including, School Year 6 need to be registered and collected by a parent or responsible adult.
• We use a child collection system to safeguard your children and to enable us to quickly and discreetly contact you during the service should your child need you.
• Children’s workers have an up-to-date enhanced criminal records bureau (CRB) certificate and all younger leaders are fully supervised. Click here for our Child Protection policy.
• All group supervisors and team leaders are committed members of KingsGate Community Church.
• A duty first aider is available throughout all services.
• Should your child have a special need, we have a small team of dedicated and caring people who offer 1:1 support. If you think your child would benefit from this support, please contact Sue Thody.
