How can I grow & get involved?

Small groups

We have a regular student and young adult gathering on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm, usually at Caffe Nero, Fitzroy Street (near the Grafton Centre) in Cambridge.

Caffe Nero

Come along to build friendships, grow in your Christian faith and get connected into the life of KingsGate Community Church.

There will be time to chat and chill over a good coffee together, and to link up with others in KingsGate to discuss, worship, pray, and apply weekend teaching.

On your first visit, your coffee and cake is FREE. Afterwards we head to the pub. Drop Hannah an email to let us know you're coming - everyone is welcome. Read more about our Caffe Cluster.

Courses

Here at KingsGate, Cambridge we are passionate about helping you as a student grow in your faith, to become more like Jesus and be influential for Him now and in the future. As well as our small groups, we run several courses throughout the year, including Student Alpha, the Beta Course and Commitment Course.

Serving

We also provide loads of other opportunities to help you grow as an explorer or follower of Jesus, and develop in your passions and gifts. There are many places to volunteer and serve, such as in outreach to your College or campus (see www.loveyouruni.org), with a Besom project or with a Sunday team at KingsGate such as children, youth, prayer, worship, set up and many more.

Let us know what you’re passionate about, and get stuck in! We can't wait!

Student Hosts – New for 2012!

Enjoy some great hospitality and get to know older adults in the church by linking with a Student Host. Along with other students you will be connected with a family, couple or individual who will invite you for a meal with them every term. Escape the student bubble for a while with some lovely home comforts. If you’d like to connect with a Student Host just let us know.
