 KingsGate Leadership Academy
Over the past three years we have been thrilled to offer our part time internship programme, Discover+ and we have seen many students find new levels of faith, confidence and missional engagement. This year we are excited to announce that we are adding a whole new range of full time opportunities by launching KingsGate Leadership Academy.
At KingsGate we are committed to seeing lives transformed and we believe that the Leadership Academy will give you the opportunity to grow whilst learning and investing in the lives of others.
The Leadership Academy focuses on four areas that will be challenging and life changing at the same time.

Heart Matters - through teaching, mentoring and spiritual disciplines develop a deeper relationship with Father God |

Biblical Theology - in seminars and Sunday teaching learn to understand and apply the Bible in authentic and relevant ways |

Skills Development- working alongside experienced and motivated practitioners, learn and develop key skills in your chosen stream some of which offer accreditation |
 |
Team Tactics - with other students take part in a range of projects which will develop your capacity to lead and build teams |
The whole year is designed to help you realise your destiny and prepare for a future in ministry or marketplace leadership. Our aspiration is to see a generation of leaders released, equipped, encouraged, anointed and empowered to reach a lost generation in this nation and beyond.
Your first year in the Academy could also be the first in a three year route to a degree in Contextual Theology. More information can be found on the FAQ page.
