One of the ways we express our lives in God is to reach out to the community. We are involved in a number of areas such as:
- Helping single parents
- Practical sharing of resources with the disadvantaged
- Children's activities
- Care for the elderly
- And much more!
Care Zone
The Care Zone is a warehouse with furniture, clothing, toys and other (non-electrical) household items that are given away free of charge to those who are in need in our community through local agencies.
Parents and Tots
A fun play and social group for parents with toddlers, meeting every Wednesday during term time, 10 – 11.30am.
Jacob’s Group
An outreach group for young adults who have a variety of learning disabilities. Our aim is to meet the social and spiritual needs of our members by combining social and small group activities.
Narnia Clubs
We have an after school club teaching the christian message through the Chronicles of Narnia books and films throughout various primary schools in Peterborough.
Street Pastors
Are volunteers who patrol the city on Saturday nights from 10pm to 4am offering care, support, a listening ear as well as practical aid such as flips flops and bottles of water.
ACT
Our Active Community against Trafficking meet regularly to educate, inform and raise awareness about the issues of human trafficking in our area.
