Our Story

 

Our first service was held in 1988 in Dave and Karen’s home with 9 people in attendance.

 

God has been so faithful and we have continued to grow, moving from community centres, to schools and Peterborough Regional College.

 

In March 2005 we were able to purchase 12.4 acres of land and on 3^rd September 2006 we moved into our wonderful new facility - KingsGate.

 

Kingsgate Community Church is a contemporary, charismatic, multi-cultural, community-focused church, with a congregation of 1,600+ people and over 50 different nations represented. Our desire is to see many lives transformed by the power of God’s love.
